How is the old house market?

At the end of March 2022, the market for old homes rose sharply in Allier (+7.5% in one year) and Haute-Loire (+6.5%). In the final section, prices rose for the fourth year in a row.

This latter sector is also the most dynamic in terms of transaction volume: it accounts for nearly a third (31%) of sales of old homes in the Puy de Dome.

How is the old apartment market behaving?

At the end of March 2022, the average price per square meter of old apartments rose sharply annually in Allier (+14%), Haute-Loire (+9.7%) and Puy-de-Dôme (+6.2%). As for older homes, only Kantal saw a slight (-1%) decrease.
